Senior developer

is the consultancy division of Dekimo, a well-established local electronics & software services supplier in Belgium, The Netherlands, Germany & France (8 Experts offices in total). The whole Dekimo group has 18 offices, over 400 engineers, and has been in business for over 30 years. Our company is all about its employees and customers, less about numbers. It has a flat structure without superfluous management layers, a no-nonsense mentality, and a good mix of hard work and fun.
Function:
Developing, testing, and delivering clean, secure, production ready code.
Identifying bottlenecks and bugs, and devising solutions.
Assisting in maintaining code quality and automation.
Required skills and experience:
Ideally upwards of 3 years C++/ Java development experience.
Experience with CI/CD, Docker, docker-compose, kubernetes, Kafka, Rabbit.
Experience with PostgreSQL at scale is a plus.
Experience with Spring Framework (Core, MVC, WebFlux) is a plus.
Familiar with software development life-cycles (Scrum, Agile, V-Model).
Problem-solving skills.
Proactive team member, leadership skills, take responsibility for results.
Degree qualified in Engineering / Math or quantitative discipline.
Fluent English.
