Role Description
As a Senior User Experience Designer at TeachTraders, you will shape end-to-end experiences across our platform, focusing on the needs of trading educators and their learners. In this part-time remote role, you will conduct user research, translate insights into user flows and wireframes, and design intuitive interfaces that simplify complex trading and education workflows. You will create and iterate on prototypes, collaborate closely with product, engineering, and content teams, and ensure that visual and interaction design are consistent across the platform. Your day-to-day work will include refining information architecture, improving onboarding and course engagement journeys, and validating design decisions through usability testing and data-driven feedback.
Qualifications
* Strong user-centered mindset with skills in Design Thinking and User Experience (UX) to define problems, map journeys, and craft holistic solutions.
* Experience in User Research, including interviews, surveys, usability testing, and translating findings into actionable design improvements.
* Proficiency in Visual Design and creating clear, accessible interface components that align with a cohesive design system.
* Ability to develop and iterate on Prototyping assets (low- to high-fidelity) for concept validation and stakeholder alignment.
* Advanced experience in modern design tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD) and collaboration platforms.
* Demonstrated track record designing complex web or SaaS products; experience with education, trading, or fintech platforms is beneficial.
* Comfort working in a remote, cross-functional environment, with clear communication and documentation skills.
* Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
