Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Senior UX/UI Designer to play a key role in shaping our digital products. This position is for a design leader who can think strategically, understand business objectives, and craft experiences that are both functional and visually compelling.

Job responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end UX/UI design — from user research to high-fidelity designs and developer handoff.
• Create wireframes, user flows, interactive prototypes, and visual mockups.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure design solutions align with both business goals and user needs.
• Maintain and evolve our design system to ensure consistency across products.
• Conduct usability testing, analyze results, and iterate on designs to improve user experience.
• Participate in discovery workshops and ideation sessions.
• Mentor mid-level and junior designers.
• Use analytics tools (Google Analytics, Hotjar, Mixpanel, etc.) to assess user behavior.
• Define and track UX metrics to drive continuous improvement.
• Stay up to date with industry trends, tools, and best practices in UX/UI design

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in UX/UI design.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating both UX process and UI visual design skills.
• Proficiency with modern design tools (Figma, Adobe Creative Suite).
• Experience in user research methods and usability testing.
• Proven experience building and managing design systems.
• Hands-on experience with analytics tools (Google Analytics, Hotjar, Mixpanel, etc.).
• Ability to define, measure, and apply UX metrics to improve products.
• Solid understanding of responsive and adaptive design principles.
• Fluency in English (written and spoken).
• Strategic and critical thinking.
• Strong problem-solving mindset.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• High level of empathy and user advocacy.
• Ability to handle feedback constructively.
• Leadership and mentoring capabilities.
• Adaptability in fast-changing environments.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
