Your role at Exness:
As Senior UI/UX Designer, you will work with us on various products & projects in the financial technology field. You will be responsible for designing trading loyalty features and trading benefits for the web product and mobile app. You will collaborate with a range of colleagues from different teams and regions, and your insights, ideas, and findings will impact product development and business decisions.
You will:
- Drive projects from initial design to final production.
- Create and improve intuitive, user-friendly, and engaging interactions and visual designs for web and mobile platforms that increase conversion and usability for our customers.
- Create high-fidelity mockups, wireframes, storyboards, process flows, and prototypes that define the interaction and interface for new and existing products.
- Communicate design ideas and problems clearly and confidently, with detailed descriptions.
- Collaborate with the product management teams and business analysts to develop new ideas and understand target goals & specifications.
- Collaborate with developers and engineers to share design mockups that ensure the fidelity of designs & product requirements to deliver high-quality, engaging, user-friendly, and bug-free products.
What makes you a great fit:
- 5 years experience as a UI/UX designer, interaction designer, product designer, or in a similar role
- Experience in developing complex, high-load, and multi-input systems, web and mobile apps in finance, banking, monitoring, or other fields
- Sound knowledge of Apple's Human Interface Guidelines, Google's Material Design, and other design guidelines for mobile platforms
- Excellent knowledge of Figma and experience working with components, automatic layouts, and color & text styles
- Advanced prototyping skills
- Experience in validating design solutions using qualitative and quantitative methods
- Excellent understanding of user experience design for technology trends and ability to demonstrate design skills
- High sense of responsibility, high standards for the quality of your work, and the ability to estimate and meet deadlines
- Ability to use English for various work & business purposes
- Ability to show a portfolio of relevant work with real products and descriptions of tasks and design phases
