The Playkot team is growing rapidly: we are scaling the success of our existing projects. All this would be impossible without two factors: marketing, which helps millions of players around the world learn about our games, and a team that reaches ever increasing heights.

We are currently looking for a Senior UA Manager who will be involved in strategic planning and launch of advertising campaigns. We are looking for someone who wants their ads to be seen by millions of people and understands the importance of their actions for the product.

What we will entrust you with:

• Analysis of advertising campaigns, optimization of channels/campaigns according to established KPIs.
• Formation of channel purchasing strategy, KPIs and campaign planning based on purchasing analytics.
• Conducting in-depth research while taking into account the current analytics systems used in the company.
• Onboarding and mentoring Junior and Middle UAM.
• Communication with platforms/advertising networks.
• Communication with the creative team.

What we wish our candidate should have:

• Experience with Ad networks & DSP.
• Ambitiousness and willingness to step out of your comfort zone to achieve results that exceed expectations.
• Experience in communication with the sites and the creative department.
• Love for games and marketing - we are fans of our business and it is important for us to be on the same wavelength with you.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Excel or equivalent programs.
• Excellent communication skills.
• English at level B2 and above.
• Excellent knowledge of the principles of working with MMP.
• Experience with BI Tableau.
