Our HR Department is looking for an experienced Senior Talent Acquisition Manager to strengthen our team and attract new talents from around the world.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Searching and selecting candidates for a wide range of positions with various profiles and levels, applying effective recruitment methods and strategies across various platforms.
  • Organize and conduct interviews using a variety of reliable recruiting tools.
  • Assess candidates’ Soft and Hard skills at a high level.
  • Develop a search strategy using the most effective candidate attraction methods.
  • Analyze the current game dev market.
  • Accompany candidates throughout all stages of the recruitment process.
  • Closely collaborate with the hiring management.
  • Solve complex tasks in searching for rare specialists.
  • Create and implement an effective talent attraction strategy from different countries.


Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years of successful recruiting experience in game development (and publishers) companies.
  • Proven track record of filling Senior, Lead, and C-level positions.
  • Practical experience with various recruitment channels and diverse search tools.
  • Knowledge of primary talent attraction sources, including unconventional methods.
  • Strong communication skills, proven by successful experience in negotiation and persuading employees at all levels.
  • An extensive list of “warm” contacts in the game development field.
  • Result and quality-oriented.
  • English language proficiency at an upper-intermediate level or higher.


An additional plus would be:

  • You understand trends and news in the gaming industry, read industry blogs, listen to podcasts, etc.
  • You’re a passionate gamer, and mobile games appeal to you.
