WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
We are looking for a Senior Software and Robotics Engineer to join our team and contribute to the development of software for next-generation robotic warehouse automation systems. In this role, you will design and implement software that powers industrial robotic arms, enabling efficient, reliable, and scalable warehouse operations.
WHAT YOU WILL DO:
* Design, develop, and maintain software for industrial robotic warehouse systems.
* Implement business logic and control software for robotic arm operations.
* Develop robotics applications using Python and ROS.
* Integrate robotic systems with other software components and automation platforms.
* Design, test, and optimize robotic workflows for performance and reliability.
* Develop and maintain containerized applications using Docker.
* Troubleshoot and resolve software and robotics-related issues.
* Lead technical initiatives and take ownership of end-to-end project delivery.
* Collaborate with software, robotics, and automation engineers throughout the development lifecycle.
* Participate in architecture discussions, code reviews, testing, and continuous improvement initiatives.
WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU:
* 5+ years of commercial experience in software development.
* Strong programming skills in Python.
* Solid understanding of robotics concepts related to programming industrial robotic arms.
* Hands-on experience programming industrial robots.
* Experience with Robot Operating System (ROS).
* Experience developing and deploying containerized applications using Docker.
* Ability to independently lead technical projects from design through delivery.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, engineering-focused environment.
* Fluent English, both written and spoken.
