Senior Software Engineer

Company: Webee Labs

Senior Software Engineer (Remote)
We're looking for a senior engineer who takes real ownership—someone who thinks in systems, ships clean code, and lifts the team around them. You'll work across the full stack on products that serve international clients, with the autonomy to shape both the architecture and the engineering culture.
What you'll do
* Design, build, and maintain scalable full-stack software applications
* Drive architecture decisions and raise the bar through thoughtful code review
* Own features end-to-end—from planning and design through to deployment
* Maintain CI/CD pipelines and champion strong DevOps practices
* Mentor junior developers and help shape a high-performing engineering culture
What we're looking for
* 8+ years of professional software development experience
* Strong proficiency in one or more of our core stacks: Laravel, Node.js, or React
* Solid command of Git and modern branching strategies
* Hands-on experience building or maintaining CI/CD pipelines
* Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools such as Claude Code
* Excellent communication skills for working directly with international clients, and the discipline to thrive in a remote setup
* A proactive, ownership-driven mindset and a genuine passion for clean, maintainable code
Work Setup: Fully Remote
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Central European Time)
