Senior Software Engineer | Remote

Position: Senior Software Engineer (Chinese Fluency Required)

Type: Hourly contract

Compensation: $100–$200/hour

Location: Remote

Commitment: 10–40 hours/week




Role Responsibilities

* Debug, refactor, and improve complex software codebases used in AI research projects.
* Write, validate, and maintain test cases for real-world repositories.
* Work across multiple programming languages on production-grade systems.
* Collaborate with AI researchers from leading global AI labs.
* Contribute engineering expertise to improve the reliability and performance of AI systems.




Requirements

* Fluency in Chinese (required).
* Strong years of professional software engineering experience or equivalent open-source contributions.
* Strong expertise in one or more of the following languages: Python, JavaScript, TypeScript, Rust, Go, or C#.
* Comfort working with large, complex code repositories.
* Ability to work independently in a remote, contract-based role.
