RESPONSIBILITIES:
•Leading preparation and delivery of periodic evaluation of Sales Leaders’ compensation model performance in terms on Sales and Cost results
•Provides recommendations and modelling on short-term SLs targets considering tactic needs for business KPIs management and SL’s individual behavior and rewards.
•Lead the timing, methodology and assumption update in SL’ commission cost projection for better implementation of budget ‘goals
•Identifies potentials and development trends. Work out recommendations, develop required adjustments according to success criteria, formulates business requirements and coordinates implementation in the systems
•Provide better analytics support for decision making process in the markets by managing recourses availability, identifying the development area for analytics reporting
•Leading the local projects and participating in Regional/Global projects and initiatives
REQUIREMENTS:
•Higher education: Economics/ Marketing/ Analytics
•Experience 3+ years in analysis
•Statistical modeling, Statistical method of analysis, excellent understanding of market trends, and understanding of competitors strategy, possibility to work with big volume of data and automatize routine job
•Expert knowledge of MS Excel and SQL
•English – upper-intermediate
•Python, Tableau or Power BI will be an advantage
