Senior SMM manager в inDriver

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement effective communication strategies that build brand awareness across IT industry and engage potential candidates, build loyal community around inDriver

Work with different marketing departments to generate new ideas and strategies, mainly IT one, encourage collaboration across teams and departments

Measure results and adjust Strategy according to set targets

Day-to-day handling of all social media channels such as LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Habr and Medium, adapting content to suit different channels

Manage creation of engaging multimedia content across multiple platforms, work together with design team, have an ability to copywrite, negotiating with potential contractors according to the targets and department needs

Develop, launch and manage new campaigns that promote inDriver as a brand for IT specialists

Research and evaluate the latest trends and techniques in order to find new and better ways of measuring social media activity

Take an active role in initiating and conducting offline events for IT industry

Requirements:

A minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar role (IT HR brand), portfolio required.

Proven experience creating communication strategies

Strong knowledge of communication practices and techniques.

Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.

Must be able to multitask and work well under pressure.

Excellent organizational and leadership skills.

English: Upper-intermediate.

Working terms:

probation period up to 3 months, relocation to the Kazakhstan or Cyprus;

working hours: from 9:00 to 18:00, Saturday and Sunday are days off;
