Senior Ruby Developer (Team Lead)

Description:

German company, developer of its own product - the Eurasian transport and information system Transinet.

We need an active participant in the entire development process: from design to launch and support, who are not afraid to participate in the discussion of ideas and make decisions, who can create ideas and

seek their implementation.

Responsibilities:

• Architecture design.
• Quality control code.
• Program code development.
• Mentoring Team

Requirements for a candidate:

• Experience 3+ years of professional Ruby development.
• Experience with relational databases (preferably PostgreSQL).
• Experience with version control systems.
• Experience writing unit and integration tests.
• Ability to configure a production server.
• Team work experience.

Used technology stack:

• Ruby, Rails, PostgreSQL, Git, RSpec

The plus will be:

• Experience as a lead.
• Proficiency in German and / or English at least at the level that provides written communication.
• Knowledge and experience in applying flexible development methodologies.
