Senior Real Estate Manager

Responsibilities
- Manage lease portfolio across Americana locations
- Lead lease negotiations (rates, structure, renewals, relocation)
- Ensure landlord compliance with lease obligations
- Analyze portfolio performance (sales, rent-to-sales, EBITDA impact)
- Drive renegotiation, relocation and exit strategies
- Coordinate legal documentation with Legal team
- Work closely with Operations, Finance, Legal and Maintenance
Requirements
- Degree in Real Estate, Finance, Economics or Business
- 5+ years of experience, including 3+ years in management roles
- FMCG / QSR / retail / multi-site experience preferred
- Strong negotiation and lease management skills
- Financial analysis and commercial evaluation experience
- Strong understanding of commercial real estate
- Fluent English required
