At 10Web, we’re building the Vibe Coding Platform — a next-generation, AI-powered visual editor that’s transforming how people build for the web. We’re looking for a Senior React Engineer to take ownership of core parts of the editor: turning on-canvas interactions into reliable component, prop, and layout updates, ensuring smooth rendering, and shipping high-quality features quickly and confidently.

Job responsibilities

• Design and implement high-performance rendering for complex, large-scale pages (memoization, granular updates, and efficient re-renders).
• Write clean, maintainable React code, with attention to scalability and testability.
• Add and maintain unit, integration, and visual regression tests.
• Participate in design and code reviews, maintain CI pipelines, and continuously improve developer experience (DX) and internal tools.
• Collaborate closely with backend, design, and product teams to scope, deliver, and iterate on new features.
• Make architectural and technical decisions to turn prototypes into reliable, production-ready solutions.
• Document designs, ensure performance, and take long-term ownership of your domain.
• Demonstrated ability to analyze, modify, or fork third-party libraries when needed.
• Mentor teammates and help elevate engineering standards across the team.

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience building complex web applications with React.
• Deep understanding of JavaScript fundamentals, React 18 patterns, and state management (Redux or similar).
• Proven experience building editor-like or canvas-based applications.
• Strong background in CI/CD, and modern frontend architecture.
• Solid understanding of performance optimization, security, and memory management.
• Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and communication skills in English (intermediate+).
• Collaborative mindset, able to balance speed, scalability, and quality in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience working on platform teams is a plus.
