About the project:
We are looking for a Senior QA Engineer to join the Customer Identity & Access Management (CIAM) team. In this role, you will focus on manual testing of web applications, ensuring high-quality delivery of new features within an agile environment. You will work closely with developers, analysts, and the Product Owner, contributing to efficient and reliable CIAM solutions.
What you will do:
• Perform manual and regression testing of web applications
• Create and maintain test cases and test scenarios based on requirements
• Identify, reproduce, and collaborate on resolving defects
• Report and prioritize bugs to ensure high product quality
• Participate in agile ceremonies (sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives)
• Contribute to improving testing processes and team practices
Basic Qualifications:
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar testing role
• Practical experience in manual testing of web applications
• Familiarity with test management and bug tracking tools (e.g. Azure DevOps)
• Ability to write clear, structured, and comprehensive test cases
• Good understanding of Agile methodologies
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Proactive mindset with attention to detail and quality
• English proficiency at minimum B2 level
Preferred Qualifications:
• ISTQB certification or knowledge
• Experience with Azure DevOps
