Senior Python Developer

Remote | full time | salary up to 6500$

Location: Office or remote. Ukraine, Poland, Georgia, Moldova, Romania.

Our customer:

A technology and marketing company headquartered in Manhattan, NY, who provide powerful marketing tool using a patented technology which allows businesses to capture shopper identity and item level data in realtime from purchases made in store and online. 

Your tasks:

• Take responsibility and ownership of core services, supporting millions of monthly active users;
• Be part of a larger development team working together according to Agile methodology.

Required experience and skills:

🔺 6+ years experience with Python and its ecosystem (community, open source tools, best practices etc.);

🔺 Experience developing, shipping and supporting mission-critical systems;

🔺 Working experience with large database environments, preferably in PostgreSQL;

🔺 Good knowledge of AWS or other public cloud provider;

🔺 Working experience with Redis and Celery;

🔺 Willingness to interact and work with different teams across the company;

🔺 Independent learner- able to learn new technologies, design practices and technologies quickly;

🔺 “A+” Player, always looking to pick up things on the fly and help team from end to end;

🔺 English - Upper-Intermediate+

Would be a plus:

🔺 Experience working at a tech startup; 

🔺 Knowledge of Docker and K8S;

🔺 Working experience with CI/CD and Jenkins.
