Senior Python Developer

Remote | up to $5000

Salary: up to $5000 (negotiable)

We are seeking a Senior Python developer with extensive experience in development and strong knowledge. Candidates should have prior experience with at least some of the Python backend stack, such as Flask, FastAPI, or aiohttp, as well as familiarity with gunicorn, uvicorn, or uwsgi, and nginx. Additionally, candidates should have experience with Amazon Web Services, including EC2, ECS, and S3. Preferably, candidates should be familiar with Slurm and SGE in HPC applications.

You will work on a project involving molecular dynamics (MD) simulation and free energy perturbation (FEP) calculations. Initial data is obtained through X-ray crystallography processes.

Required skills:

Python, AWS (EC2, ECS, S3), Docker, Conda, Flask/FastAPI/aiohttp;

Strong English skills (B2+)

as a plus: Slurm, SGE;

Experience in the molecular dynamics field is also advantageous.
