Senior Project Manager
Remote | Full-time | 25-35$ per hour (weekly payments)

ABOUT SKAEL:
we are a fast growing startup with a software platform for enterprise customers. Our platform integrates into hundreds of data sources, automates human workflows and offers natural language interactions. We typically sign a 3month or 6 month contract.
Responsibilities
Overall responsibility for the successful technical delivery of the project:
● Managing stakeholders expectations about product delivery
● Understand Business Requirements (Stories/Epics) and translate them into Technical Tasks and estimate the timeline to deliver them
● Resource Management
● Managing Sprint planning, daily stand-ups including estimating the timelines and their deliverables
● Interaction with the Development Team on a daily basis, Project Owner and others as needed to discuss product roadmaps, provide an update on progress, resolve blockers and move the project towards a successful finish
● Maintains an environment in which high-quality services are delivered
● Continually seeks improvements and efficiencies in the way in which work is approached, and is capable of providing technical thought leadership to the Product owner
● Provides proactive resolutions to developing problems, and suggests modifications that may result in a permanent fix to a problem
● Manage Team deliverables including tasks, bugs and estimating the technical work required to deliver a Story /Epic
● Contributes to decisions about tools, methods, and approaches
● Manage Project workspace in Jira
● Experience developing solutions for projects that have aggressive timelines
● Experience managing teams of 8-12 delivering cross-functional solutions (some existing some brand new)
● Experience with hands-on technical delivery. A former developer/Solution Architect is preferred
● A deep understanding of development technologies used to develop a web-based solution, including Golang, React and Python
● Experience translating business requirements to technical requirements and system architecture
● Skilled at leading development teams, mentoring and coaching across role areas
● Proficient in inspiring confidence within an engineering team
● Excellent communicator in English and Russian
● Good working knowledge of GitHub, Jira, Testing/automation tools e.g. Selenium, or any other equivalent tools
Preferred Qualifications
● Scrum Master or equivalent
