DDN is expanding is engineering presence in Russia and is looking for development execution manager to help with recruiting and management of technical talent in Russian region across multiple dev teams. The position is 100% remote. 

Что ждем от вас:

• Advanced English level, both verbal and written
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 5 years of experience as a Program or Engineering manager.
• 5 years of experience as an engineer in a technical domain or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience developing tools and processes to improve software engineering productivity.
• Experience tracking and translating engineering discussions into actionable engineering tasks and next steps.
• практический опыт реализации проектов с использованием гибких методологий разработки ПО (Scrum, Kanban и проч.)
• Track record of delivering successful software.
• Ability to lead and influence.
• Excellent project management skills. 

Что нужно будет делать:

• Day to day interactions with developers across multiple teams
• Assist with hiring new technical talent
• взаимодействовать c project managers across multiple teams
• нести ответственность за достижение целей, качественных результатов и KPI проектов;
• взаимодействовать с продуктовыми командами при формировании требований
• внедрять лучшие практики по управлению проектами.
