Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Senior Project Director. The Senior Project Director will be responsible for overseeing and managing complex projects, leading project teams, and ensuring timely delivery of outcomes. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing project plans, managing schedules and budgets, collaborating with cross-functional teams, monitoring project progress, and mitigating risks. The role also involves regular reporting to stakeholders and ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
Qualifications
* Proven experience in Project Management, Resource Allocation, and Risk Management
* Ability to lead and mentor diverse teams, foster collaboration, and ensure alignment towards project goals
* Strong skills in Budget Management, Scheduling, and Strategic Planning
* Proficiency in using Project Management tools and software
* Exceptional Communication, Problem-Solving, and Leadership skills
* Experience in client and stakeholder engagement for setting expectations and providing continuous updates
* Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related discipline
* Relevant certifications such as PMP or Agile methodologies are a plus
