Hello! We are Salmon, an Asian fintech startup.

We are looking to expand our team with a Senior Product Web Designerr. We would appreciate any recommendations to friends or acquaintances.

Over the past six months, we have created and launched financial products that are already operational and profitable. Like any startup, we began with raising our first investments of $16 million, and we have the trust of Disrupt AD fund from UAE, investors from Europe and the Philippines.

Our plans are to become a unicorn and a leading fintech company in the Southeast Asia region within 3-5 years. We have a team of professionals and all necessary resources to achieve this.

Responsibilities include:

• Changing the habits of Filipinos
• Research, analyze user experience, decompose and propose ideas, defend and implement its improvements bringing the result to completion
• Work with a team of designers, product managers and developers to create and develop web interfaces for internal and external systems
• Create and develop the block base for our design system together with other designers and developers
• Conduct design reviews, provide support during the implementation of design solutions by developers

You are the ideal candidate if:

• Product design experience of 3 years or more
• You have worked in a startup with a team size of 20-100 people
• You have worked on and created financial products
• You can assess situations and know when to use data-driven solutions or when to rely on customer feedback
• Your decisions are based on not only your own opinion but also the opinions of colleagues, international trends, and figures found in analytical systems
• You are a master (Senior/Lead) of Figma, Photoshop, and Illustrator
• You can work with Blender or another 3D package and create simple motion graphics
• You have an English level of B1/B2, as all communication will be in English

The position requires working from an office in Manila. We help with relocation, finding housing, and other things to make your move as comfortable as possible.
