And we are looking for an addition to our team - Senior Product Mobile Designer.

Over the past year we have created and launched financial products that already work and bring profit. We, like any startup, started with $16 million in seed investment and raised $20 million in debt financing, we are trusted by Disrupt AD fund from UAE, Argentem Creek Partners, as well as investors from Europe and Philippines.

Our plans are to become a unicorn and leading fintech in Southeast Asia in 3-5 years, we have a team of professionals and all the necessary resources.

What you will need to do:

• If you have a passion for design, can find creative solutions and want to contribute to the development of successful products, this challenge is definitely for you!Change the habits of Filipinos
• Create stunning mobile app mockups in Figma that will have off the charts conversion rates and dopamine levels so high that it will have at least a 4.9 rating in the stores.
• Work in a product team with product owners, product managers, analysts, developers, testers and others
• Work within our design system alongside other designers and help develop it.
• Be responsible for the visual design of mobile applications
• Develop an attractive and intuitive interface for mobile platforms (iOS and Android), ensuring a consistent style and brand identity
• Conduct design reviews, provide support during the implementation of design solutions by developers

You will need to communicate a lot with customers, work with designers and the entire product team to develop user scenarios, write specifications and set tasks for developers, coordinate the development and testing process, and help solve problems.

You are the ideal candidate if:

• You have worked in a startup of 20-100 people.
• You have worked on and created financial products and have experience as a product designer with a focus on mobile applications (iOS and Android).
• Have a deep understanding of usability principles, UX/UI design and the latest trends in mobile development
• Know the basics of mobile app development and technical constraints to create realistic design concepts
• Know how to intelligently assess the situation and understand where to apply data-driven and where to look for customer feedback.
• Know how to research and analyze user, market and competitor requirements to identify key mobile app features and functions

• Your decisions are always based on more than just your own opinion, as you take into account the opinions of your peers, international trends and the figures you find in analytics systems.
• Senior+/Lead-level Figma usage
• Fluent English at B1/B2 level; all communication will be in English

The position requires working from an office in Manila. We help with relocation, finding housing, and other things to make your move as comfortable as possible.
