Senior Product Manager

We are looking for a senior Product Manager in the team Trust & Safety Products! The team work on tasks relating to safety and trust in the inDrive app.

Tasks and duties are to:

- Be responsible for the app’s business performance metrics

- Develop the app’s business and product strategy and the product vision, together with the business managers

- Define key metrics and focus points

- Together with business managers, analysts, and designers, conduct research to identify growth points and build your hypotheses based on the findings obtained

- Rely on the Discovery Team and developers to test out your hypotheses independently

You will be a good fit for our team if you:

- You have a minimum of three years’ experience as a product manager

- You know how to work on business tasks and take the initiative so as to get things done.

- You know how to analyze the environment around you and make hypotheses: Customer development, competitor analysis, market analysis, and data analysis.

- You have strategic thinking skills, know how to examine a problem from a level above it, develop solutions for the long term, and communicate the vision to the team.

- You know how to test out your hypotheses quickly: prioritization, lean startup, UX design, MVP, and A/B testing.

- You know how to work with a remote development team and create an awesome atmosphere.
