Senior Product Designer

We're looking for an exceptional Senior Product Designer to join a fast-growing AI-powered PropTech startup.
This is not a typical design role. We're searching for someone who can shape the future of the product, define design quality standards, and create experiences that users genuinely love. You'll work directly with founders, product leaders, and engineers to build a category-defining product for homeowners.
The ideal candidate combines outstanding product thinking, world-class design craft, and startup execution. We're looking for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and can transform complex workflows into delightful, intuitive user experiences.
What You'll Do
* Lead product design across mobile (iOS-first) and web experiences.
* Own the end-to-end design process, from discovery and research to delivery and iteration.
* Collaborate closely with founders, product managers, and engineers to shape product strategy.
* Build and maintain high-quality design systems and interaction patterns.
* Conduct user research, usability testing, and data-informed product improvements.
* Establish and uphold a high bar for design quality across the organization.
* Create experiences that go beyond usability and deliver genuine delight to users.
RequirementsNon-Negotiable
* 5+ years of experience designing consumer-facing (B2C) products.
* Strong experience designing mobile applications, particularly for iOS.
* Proven experience working in startup environments.
* Outstanding portfolio showcasing exceptional consumer product experiences.
* Ability to work full-time and fully commit to a single product and team.
* Excellent English communication skills.
Strongly Preferred
* Experience in PropTech, Real Estate Technology, Home Services, Home Management, Renovation, or related industries.
* Experience building products from 0→1.
* Experience working on AI-powered products.
* Experience leading product design initiatives and influencing product strategy.
