Key Responsibilities:
* Multi-Market Scaling: Strategize and execute heavy-budget paid ad campaigns across Google, Meta, and TikTok targeting international e-commerce merchants.
* Data-Driven ROI: Monitor multi-region KPIs (CPA, CPL, ROAS), conduct deep-dive analysis via GA4/Looker Studio, and run continuous A/B testing.
* Global Creative Briefing: Collaborate asynchronously with distributed creative teams to build localized, scroll-stopping ad assets.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
* 3–5+ years of hands-on Media Buying experience. Strong preference for candidates with a solid background in major global/regional Marketing Agencies.
* Elite mastery of Google Ads Manager, Meta Business Manager, and TikTok Ads Manager (handling large-scale, heavy budgets is a must).
* High autonomy and self-discipline to thrive in a 100% remote, fast-paced environment.
