For the last 3 years we passionately developed and commercialized Data as a Service solutions that help businesses and professionals better understand the labor market in terms of compensation, supply and demand. Skills and responsibilities:

Currently we are looking for a new member for our team that will contribute his/her expertise in back-end development using Laravel, MySQL and support in infrastructure operations in DigitalOcean.

This opportunity is a full-time, ongoing commitment. You will get the chance to do much more than developing applications:

• Liaise with stakeholders to understand business needs and user requirements
• Perform the requirements analysis and define the specifications and delivery approach
• Develop applications concept, information and architecture
• Integrate with external providers
• Improve process flow of applications
• Support delivery of optimal infrastructure operations
• Identify key infrastructure operations issues and maintenance priorities

You should have at least 5 years of experience in software development and a minimum of 3 working with Laravel.

• Because of the distributed nature of our team it's highly important that you are a responsible and autonomous professional. Building trust while you are not in the same room requires to be transparent and be able to share your point of view, even if it's challenging, without damaging other's.
• As we are working with big data, experience with MongoDB, Elasticsearch and Go lang is a plus. You'll be able to engineer scalable solutions optimized for fast search and calculations.
