Team, about the role
The Marketing team at Playrix is one of the strongest in the world, not only in the gaming field, but also in the performance marketing industry as a whole. We operate at an impressive volume – in 2023, we showed our videos more than 80 billion times.
We're looking for a Senior Motion Designer who will continue to set trends in the market. You'll get to work alongside talented specialists to bring your ideas to life.
Tasks:
- Create high-quality gameplay videos in 2D/3D
- Lead initiatives to improve the quality and efficiency of video production
- Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate new ideas
- Interact with the marketing team to evaluate the success of videos and analyze global trends
Requirements:
- Portfolio of 2D/3D videos for games
- Experience in creating videos yourself from scratch
- Extensive experience working with composition, a sense of artistic taste, control of tempo-rhythm, sequence of actions, and viewer attention
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe tools – After Effects, Photoshop, Premiere
- Advanced proficiency in Blender or Cinema4D, skills with other 3D tools
- Experience with VFX (particle systems, physics, shaders) and creating simulations (liquids, bulk materials)
- Ability to work with auxiliary programs, plugins, and scripts The desire to optimize work with the help of such programs
- It will be a plus if you have experience working with engines, mainly Unity, and experience creating 2D/3D character animation
