🧬 About the role
As a Senior Medical Writer, you'll play a key role in creating high-quality scientific content for a wide variety of medical communication projects.
You'll work closely with Project Managers, Designers, Animators, and fellow Medical Writers to transform clinical research, scientific publications, and medical evidence into engaging educational experiences for healthcare professionals.
This isn't traditional medical writing.
You'll help create interactive learning experiences, animated scientific stories, digital education, and innovative communication solutions that make complex science easier to understand.

🚀 What you'll do
• Develop scientifically accurate and engaging scripts for digital medical education
• Translate complex clinical research into clear, compelling communication for healthcare professionals
• Review scientific literature, publications, and medical evidence to ensure accuracy and relevance
• Collaborate with Designers, Animators, Project Managers, and fellow Medical Writers throughout project development
• Ensure scientific accuracy, consistency, and quality across every deliverable
• Help develop storyboards, interactive learning experiences, and scientific narratives
• Participate in scientific discussions with clients when needed
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of our medical writing standards and best practices
🎯 What we're looking forRequired
• MSc, PhD, PharmD, MD, or equivalent qualification in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Medicine, Biomedical Sciences, or a related field
• At least 4 years of experience in Medical Writing, Medical Communications, Scientific Communications, or Medical Education
• Strong understanding of clinical research, scientific publications, and pharmaceutical communication
• Exceptional scientific writing, editing, and reviewing skills
• Ability to communicate complex science in a clear, engaging, and accurate way
• Excellent written and spoken English
• Comfortable working in a remote, international environment
Nice to have
• Experience working with global pharmaceutical or biotechnology companies
• Experience supporting Medical Affairs, Medical Education, or Commercial teams
• Experience with digital medical education, e-learning, or interactive scientific communication
• Familiarity with publication planning, congress materials, or advisory board content
