Senior Machine Learning Engineer (CV/NLP)

Responsibilities:

• Research, design, and implement ML models in the areas of computer vision and natural language processing.
• Deploy and optimize inference pipelines on GPU machines for production workloads.
• Work on multimodal AI features (text, images, video, audio) and integrate them into the product.
• Scale model performance and throughput to handle a rapidly growing user base.
• Collaborate closely with backend engineers to deliver production-ready APIs.
• Run experiments, A/B tests, and evaluate models with real-world user interactions.

Required Skills:

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in ML/AI development.
• Strong expertise in Python and ML frameworks (PyTorch or TensorFlow).
• Solid understanding of NLP (LLMs, embeddings, transformers) and CV (image generation, diffusion models, video processing).
• Experience with GPU-based training and inference.
• Strong knowledge of model optimization techniques (quantization, distillation, batching, caching).
• Practical experience deploying ML services into production environments.

Would be a Plus:

• Experience with video AI models.
• Knowledge of high-load inference systems.
• Familiarity with monitoring and analytics tools (Weights & Biases, MLflow, Grafana, etc.).
• Background in chatbots, messengers, or conversational AI.
• Publications, Kaggle competitions, or contributions to open-source ML projects.
