- Have commercial development experience in production projects
- Be an active Java developer for at least 2 years
- Have decent Spring framework knowledge
- Be able to write clean, self-documented code
- Have knowledge of git
- Know how to create scalable Java apps
- Have at least pre-intermediate english level to read and write docs
