Job Description

We seek a highly motivated and results-driven Senior IT Generalist with a strong sense of extreme ownership. This critical role involves both hands-on technical execution and operational management to ensure the stability, security, and peak efficiency of all internal network systems, hardware, and workstations.

Job responsibilities

• Providing remote and on-site suppor
• Diagnosing and resolving complex, hardware and software issues across the entire technology stack
• Leading the planning, configuration, and deployment of new infrastructure
• Managing vendor relationships
• Ensuring the service level agreements (SLAs) are met and service uptime is maximized.
• Implementing and monitoring backup and disaster recovery procedures for key internal systems.
• Act as the technical lead for junior IT staff and helpdesk personnel, assisting with escalated issues and guiding their technical development.

Required qualifications

• At least 4 years of experience in a technical support position
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly explain technical issues to non-technical staff.
• Strong sense of accountability and "Extreme Ownership”
• Proven ability to lead and mentor junior technical staff and manage tasks delegated to others.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and projects independently.
• Demonstrated ability to document procedures and maintain IT knowledge bases.
• Deep knowledge of network concepts and protocols
• Problem-solving skills (no problem is unsolvable)
• Experience in a formal team lead, project lead is a significant plus.
