We're currently looking for a Senior IAM Engineer to join one of our strategic clients on a large-scale Identity & Access Management transformation programme.
About the Role
You'll play a key role in designing and implementing enterprise-grade Okta Just-In-Time (JIT) provisioning workflows supporting approximately 250 internal SaaS applications.
This is a hands-on engineering role where you'll lead the implementation of scalable identity automation, helping shape the client's modern IAM landscape.
Your Responsibilities
* Design and implement Okta Workflows
* Build and optimize Just-In-Time (JIT) provisioning processes
* Integrate approximately 250 SaaS applications with Okta
* Develop scalable identity lifecycle automation
* Configure authentication and authorization workflows
* Collaborate with security, infrastructure and application teams
* Improve provisioning, deprovisioning and access governance processes
* Support Identity & Access Management best practices
* Troubleshoot complex identity integration issues
* Document technical solutions and implementation approach
What We're Looking For
* Strong commercial experience with Okta
* Experience designing and implementing Okta Workflows
* Experience with JIT Provisioning
* Solid Identity & Access Management (IAM) background
* Experience integrating SaaS applications with Identity Providers
* Good understanding of SSO, SAML, OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect and SCIM
* Experience automating identity lifecycle management
* Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
* Excellent English communication skills
Nice to Have
* Okta Certified Professional, Administrator or Developer
* Experience with Okta Identity Engine (OIE)
* Experience with Active Directory / Azure AD / Entra ID
* Experience with PowerShell, Python or API integrations
* Experience working in enterprise environments
* Knowledge of Zero Trust security principles
