We make ads that don't look like ads.
The role
You'll own growth across a portfolio of our clients. On some you're buying the media, hands on in the accounts. On all of them you own the thinking: what creative gets made, why, what it's telling you, and what we do next.
You'll sit in a pod with an account manager, a creative strategist, designers, editors and an influencer lead, all on the same clients. Small team, no management layer, everyone executes.
What we need
* Expert across Meta, TikTok and Google. All three, equally. This is the first thing we'll test.
* App campaigns. Google App Campaigns, Meta AEO and VO, TikTok installs, and an MMP like AppsFlyer or Adjust.
* Fintech experience. You've advertised regulated products and you know why that's different.
* You've personally scaled accounts at $150k a month or more.
* A creative strategist as much as a buyer. You can say exactly why an ad worked and what to make next.
* AI native, and you've built things with it. Systems, automations, workflows. "I use ChatGPT daily" isn't an answer.
* On the tools. If you want a seat where someone else runs the accounts, this isn't it.
