Responsibilities:

• Provide UI/UX Designs needed for a variety of projects; from internal tools to full-blown games, along with needed documentations and prototypes.
• Host sessions with stakeholders to determine the needs, scenarios, users cases and strategies to create a strong UI/UX Design and flow.
• Communicate efficiently with other developers, company leadership, and external partners in a remote work environment.
• Participate with other departments providing development, documentation, influence strategy and overall direction for UX Design through your contributions.
• Mentor, share, and support others.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in a design-related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 7+ years of UI/UX Design experience, with a minimum of 4+ years working in games.
• Shipped 1+ AAA game using Unreal Engine 4/5 as a Senior UI/UX Designer in the past 3 years.
• Deep understanding and expertise developing with Unreal Engine 4/5 UMG and its related systems.
• Ability to create and maintain clear and thorough documentation, mock-ups and prototypes from prototype through launch.
• Expert level of proficiency with UI/UX content creation tools in Adobe Suite and Figma.
• Great with lateral thinking and motivation to work both independently and on a team, in a remote work environment across multiple territories and time zones.
• Product-minded, team-focused, and professional demeanor. Aptitude for autonomy, proactivity and adaptability.

Desired Qualifications:

• Great interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with current and next console platforms, Steam, Epic Game Store, ...
• Familiarity with the game industry online ecosystem.
• Experience with MMORPG UI/UX Design
