About your role
We are looking for a skilled Game Designer to work on the gameplay of one of our flagship projects, Hero Wars Dominion Era (Desktop).
What you’ll be doing
- Developing and implementing mechanics and gameplay systems
- Balancing and optimizing game systems
- Designing and introducing new game modes
- Create and integrate progression and reward systems.
- Analyzing gameplay metrics
- Collaborating with other departments to ensure a cohesive player experience
- Conducting playtests and analyzing user feedback
- Writing and maintaining design documentation
We hope that you have
- At least 4 years of experience as a gameplay designer
- Proven experience in developing and implementing gameplay systems
- A deep understanding of F2P game principles and mechanics
- Experience working on successful gaming projects
- Skills in balancing and optimizing game systems
- The ability to design innovative gameplay mechanics
- Strong time management skills and the ability to work in a multitasking environment
- Quick problem-solving in critical situations
Nice to have
- An understanding of game engines and basic programming knowledge
