We're confident that a strong product team is essential to successful modern game development, and feature owners are the cornerstone of every product team. They're experienced game designers who know how to get results, are passionate about what they do, and can drive development. Depending on the project's current needs, they can be either persistent or flexible, but they're always focused on feature KPIs and the quality players will see in the final release. What you'll be doing:
- Achieve project KPIs by designing and configuring specific features
- Handle the full cycle of feature implementation, including writing statements of work, working in tandem with development, and analyzing results
- Ensure the ultimate quality of features by interacting with specialists and team leads in other departments
- Evaluate the results of features based on statistics, suggest potential improvements, and perform operational health checks on features
- Monitor projects in your niche, perform deconstructs, and suggest new features
What we need from you:
- At least five years of game design experience
- Experience creating features as a full-cycle game designer
- Knowledge of the the basics of product analytics
- Knowledge of UX basics
- Advanced product-focused and critical thinking skills
- The ability to communicate effectively with a team and handle feedback properly
- The ability to express their thoughts in a clear and structured manner
What we'd like:
- Experience as a team lead or producer
- Deep knowledge of the casual F2P market
- Experience developing farming and adventure games and extensive familiarity with the genre
- Well-honed balancing and feature economy skills
