JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for an experienced Senior Game Designer who will strengthen the Westland Survival dev team (you will be working on our future projects, too!).

RESPONSIBILITIES

— Common set of game designer responsibilities: designing game features, backing them up with documentation, calculating balance, improving user experience, interacting closely with the development team, designers, and analysts.

— You will be responsible for one of the several key system mechanics (for example, combat system, craft system, PvP multiplayer, PvE content, Live-ops events, and etc.)

REQUIRED SKILLS

— Proficiency with gameplay design and player experience design;

— Knowledge of game design theory andf deep understanding of gameplay fundamentals;

— Profound gaming experience on mobile and other platforms;

— Сritical product thinking

REQUIREMENTS

— Minimum 3 years in commerce project game design

— Excellent writing and verbal design explanation skills
