Flexy Global is a visionary company where cutting-edge IT meets exceptional UI/UX design and we are looking for a Senior Full Stack JavaScript Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in modern JavaScript frameworks, experience building scalable web applications, and a strong understanding of both backend and frontend development. You’ll collaborate closely with the development team, designers, project managers to deliver high-quality, maintainable, and performant software.

Flexy Global works with leading companies and startups around the world: USA, Canada, Australia, Saudi Arabia, UAE, Central Europe, South Korea, etc. We have clients from Y Combinator, Berkeley Skydeck, top Appstore apps, multi-billion enterprises and global celebrities. We are working on complex AI systems, CRMs, casual apps and other digital products from different domains. You will work with our technical lead who is based in Minsk and who will make code reviews and mentor you.

Job responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using modern JavaScript technologies.
• Implement responsive and dynamic UI components and reusable frontend architecture.
• Build and integrate RESTful and/or GraphQL APIs.
• Optimize application performance and ensure high quality through testing and best practices.
• Participate in code reviews and mentor junior developers.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (design, product, QA) to define and deliver new features.
• Stay up to date with emerging technologies and propose improvements to the tech stack.
• Ensure best practices in security, scalability, and maintainability.

Required qualifications

• 6+ years of professional experience as a Software Engineer, 4+ years of proven experience as a Full Stack JavaScript developer.
• Bachelor’s degree in science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics or related field.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, Node.js, and React.js.
• Experience with Express.js, NestJS, or other Node.js frameworks.
• Solid understanding of HTML5, CSS3, and modern styling approaches (Sass, Styled Components, Tailwind).
• Experience with databases (both SQL and NoSQL — e.g. PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
• Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software design patterns.
• Experience with Agile development methodology.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication(in foreign languages as well) and teamwork abilities.
