What You'll Do
* Own frontend features end-to-end — from design to production
* Build responsive, scalable, and maintainable user interfaces
* Identify and fix performance bottlenecks and UX issues
* Work closely with product and design to ship pragmatically
* Mentor junior engineers and establish frontend best practices

What You Bring
* 8-10+ years of hands-on frontend engineering experience
* Strong expertise in React and TypeScript
* Proven ability to build and scale production systems with millions of users
* Sharp problem-solving skills — frameworks are tools, not the point
* Clear communicator with low ego, high ownership
* Comfortable learning new patterns and operating independently
Nice to Have
* Experience with Next.js optimization and SSR patterns
* Strong opinions on component architecture and state management
* Performance optimization expertise (Lighthouse, Core Web Vitals)
* Side projects or open-source work you're proud of
* Experience with accessibility (WCAG) standards
