Senior Frontend Developer

Whalemap is a blockchain analytics platform that uses data science to deliver real-time actionable trading insights. Founded by former physicists and designers, we are committed to contributing to the blockchain community by making this space even more beginner-friendly, exciting, fun, and useful. One of our primary goals is to democratise and shed light on data and insights that are traditionally only available to hedge funds while keeping it beautiful and simple.
🤸🏽 What will you be doing?
You'll be working on the frontend of our core product.
This includes:
— Maintaining and developing our custom charts
— Shaping Whalemap’s user experience by implementing new features
— Designing layouts of new web pages
— Ensuring the web app is performant and secure
— Improving our existing systems so that they can scale as we grow
🛠️ You should apply if you have
— 3+ years work with large-scale web applications
— Product design experience — using tools such as Figma
— Solid knowledge of Typescript, Effector, React, Vue/Nuxt, Node.js, REST
— Experience with charting libraries (e.g. D3, Plotly, Highcharts)
— English B1+
— Bonus: Experience within the cryptocurrency industry
— Bonus: Experience with CI / CD (Gitlab CI, Docker, K8s)
— Bonus: Experience with WEB3
