Main goals:
- To champion Working Capital and Free Cash Flow management in a sustainable and commercial manner;
- To be a proactive business partner with forward-looking, timely, high-quality and value-adding financial support, advice and insight;
- To operate to maximum efficiency, including the timely and accurate reporting regarding Working Capital and FCF;
- To achieve the highest standards of accounting and financial control as well as of external reporting, including working capital reporting and management;
- To optimise cash tied up in working capital by establishing, documenting, and overseeing, working capital planning and execution through continuously improving internal controls, processes and systems.
Job responsibilities:
- Working capital modelling, planning, control and variance analysis Working Capital components;
- Working capital budget and forecasts, including accuracy, completeness and efficiency;
- Establish system of targets and KPIs related to Working Capital/Cash Conversion Cycle/Free Cash Flow for company and departments;
- Establish, support and manage business processes to follow-up on these targets and KPIs;
- Prepare monthly estimates for Working Capital/FCF components;
- Develop proper management reporting for Working Capital and FCF and execute the reporting cycle;
- Further lead development, optimization and implementation regarding working capital and FCF processes;
- Prepare initiatives to improve Working Capital/FCF and boost their implementation;
- Lead and participate in Working Capital management projects;
- Work in tandem with cross-functional teams to drive working capital efficiencies;
- Consult company employees for Working Capital/FCF related matters;
- Participate in ad-hoc analysis and company projects.

Education, knowledge and experience:
- Relevant university degree in accounting and or finance/controlling;
- Relevant experience in an international environment preferably in retail;
- Experience in working with SAP and business intelligence tools.
