We are looking for a highly commercial, hands-on Senior Ecommerce Trading & Growth Manager to help drive growth across the PHIX website.
This is not a basic website admin role. We are looking for someone who understands ecommerce trading, Shopify, digital merchandising, customer journeys, conversion rate optimisation and commercial performance.
You will work directly with the Founder and collaborate closely with marketing, creative, CRM, customer service and development teams.
Key Responsibilities
* Own the day-to-day trading performance of the PHIX website
* Manage homepage merchandising, collection ordering and product visibility
* Launch new collections, campaigns and collaborations
* Improve conversion rate, average order value and revenue per visitor
* Analyse customer behaviour and identify website friction points
* Optimise product pages, collection pages, landing pages, navigation, search and filtering
* Monitor best sellers, slow sellers, stock opportunities and product performance
* Produce weekly ecommerce trading and performance reports
* Use Shopify, GA4 and other analytics tools to identify growth opportunities
* Review customer feedback, returns data and customer service insights
* Build a roadmap of website improvements and CRO opportunities
* Work with developers, marketing and creative teams to execute improvements
* Identify opportunities to use AI tools, automation and Shopify apps to improve workflow and performance
What We’re Looking For
* 3+ years experience in ecommerce, ecommerce trading, digital merchandising or ecommerce growth
* Strong Shopify experience
* Fashion, apparel, lifestyle or premium consumer brand experience preferred
* Good understanding of conversion rate optimisation and customer journey improvement
* Strong commercial awareness and analytical ability
* Experience using GA4 or ecommerce analytics tools
* Strong attention to detail
* Excellent written and spoken English
* Highly organised, proactive and comfortable working independently
* Interest in AI tools, automation and ecommerce technology
Nice to Have
* Shopify Plus experience
* Klaviyo experience
* Experience with Hotjar, Microsoft Clarity or A/B testing tools
* International ecommerce experience
* Experience working with premium fashion, menswear, streetwear or lifestyle brands

You enjoy improving websites, analysing data, spotting opportunities and making changes that directly improve performance.
You understand that ecommerce is both brand and numbers: the website needs to feel premium and desirable, but it also needs to convert, increase AOV and drive revenue.
