We are looking for 2 hands-on DevOps/Platform Engineers to build a repeatable, enterprise-grade deployment framework for AI-native and data-heavy applications. This is not about maintaining existing infrastructure—this is about designing the "how" of deployment. You will take internal-facing prototypes and transform them into portable, secure, and scalable solutions ready for complex client environments. If you thrive on production hardening, CI/CD automation, and solving the "it works on my machine" problem at an enterprise scale, this is your next challenge.
What You’ll Be Doing:
* Architecting Deployment: Design and implement a standardized, repeatable framework that allows AI/data apps to be deployed into client-owned environments with minimal rework.
* Infrastructure as Code (IaC): Build robust environment provisioning templates and automation scripts to ensure consistency across staging and production.
* Pipeline Excellence: Engineer advanced CI/CD pipelines that enforce quality, security, and operational readiness from the first commit.
* Production Hardening: Define patterns for secrets management, identity integration, network security, and observability (logging/monitoring/alerting) to ensure apps meet enterprise standards.
* Cross-Functional Impact: Partner closely with AI and Fullstack engineers to bridge the gap between development and production, ensuring portability across varying client stacks and cloud environments.
What We’re Looking For:
* Proven commercial experience in DevOps, Platform Engineering, or SRE, specifically in moving enterprise web/data products from prototype to production.
* Deep expertise in CI/CD, containerization (Docker/K8s), and IaC principles.
* Experience defining operational patterns for secrets, connectivity, and observability.
* Strong collaborative mindset: you know how to communicate complex infrastructure requirements to software engineers and stakeholders alike.
* Consultant-like approach: you don't just build one-off fixes—you build reusable patterns that help the whole team move faster.
Must-Haves:
* Hands-on experience in productionizing data-heavy or AI-enabled applications.
* Expertise in secure deployment practices and enterprise-grade hardening.
* Proficiency in designing scalable, reliable, and supportable architecture.
* Very good English for daily international collaboration.
Preferred:
* Azure-first environment experience.
* Familiarity with AI/ML deployment patterns (APIs, model serving, vector databases).
Location & Working Setup:
* 100% Remote working model.
* Occasional team workshops in Prague (approx. 1x per quarter).
* US Hours overlap needed: Minimum 2-6pm CET, preferred 2-7pm CET.
