What You'll Do
We are rebuilding a highload platform solution from a greenfield. It will survive 1.35Mil rps workload during peaks and idle graciously outside of working hours. Blue green deployment experience along with region-based rollout techniques is a must.
You will be working with a team of professionals designing the solution with Go and Python on the backend and Node/Vue on the frontend.
● Setup and maintain of K8s clusters both bare-metal and virtual machines
● Helm-charts development
● Developing a monitoring system for K8s infrastructure
● Develop CI pipelines for projects
● Participate in the launch of new projects using K8s
● Participate in the design of complex information systems
● Automate infrastructure components
● Consult developers, managers, and company clients
Qualifications
● Higher technical education
● 5+ years of experience as a system engineer or SRE/DevOps
● Understanding of the platform engineering
● Good understanding of Linux-like operating systems
● High experience with Kubernetes, Docker, Lambda, OpenFaas would be an advantage
● High experience with Helm-chart preparation
● Good knowledge and experience in CI/CD process setup, ELK stack and monitoring rollout
● Experience with configuration management systems: Puppet / Chef / Ansible / Saltstack
● Experience with distributed systems.
● Development experience with any scripting language and shell-scripting.
● Experience with RDBMs and NoSQL databases: PostgreSQL, MongoDB and Clickhouse
Would be a perfect match
● Experience with messaging tech: Kafka / RabbitMQ / NATS / Kinesis
● Experience with in-memory: Redis / Memcached / Tarantool
● Intermediate or higher English (B1+).
● Have experience with cloud solutions: AWS / GCP / Azure / Private Cloud
