Senior Data Engineer in Belgium

Требования:

• 5 years experience preferably in a modern cloud based architecture;
• Have a higher education in Computer Science or accumulated equivalent experience;
• At least 2 years in ReactJS;
• Programming: Python, Spark, Scala;
• Infrastructure & Platform: AWS Stack, Apache Kafka;
• Fluent in English.

Будет плюсом:

• Experience with real time messaging systems (Kafka, Kinesis)
• Experience with high load, scalable services (scaling, caching...)

Обязанности:

• Develop and maintain data flows that power CI & BI applications
• Consolidate legacy ETL flows (Pentaho/SQL) into new architecture (Kafka/Spark)
• Align with architects to make sure our infrastructure remains efficient in outputting data and supports the squads mission in the best way possible.
• Automate data quality & data validation processes based on business definitions & requirements
• Deliver robust & reliable production services
• Together with our IT architects, you make sure our back-end is future proof in technology as well as functionality.
