We're an established e-commerce company in the international travel documents 
space, hiring a Customer Support Specialist to join our remote team.
THE ROLE
You're the first voice (and inbox) our customers meet. You'll handle inquiries 
across email, WhatsApp, and phone — reviewing orders, following up, and making 
sure nothing slips. Detail-heavy work where the costly mistakes come from not 
reading carefully, not from working slowly.
WHAT A GREAT WEEK LOOKS LIKE
→ Inbox cleared, every customer answered within SLA
→ Every order reviewed against our quality checklist before processing
→ Open cases followed up without being chased
→ Edge cases flagged early — not buried
WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR
✔️ 4+ years in customer support
✔️ Email AND messaging support experience (WhatsApp required, phone a plus)
✔️ Native or near-native written English — clear, professional, human
✔️ Comfortable in tools like ClickUp, Intercom, Airtable (or a fast learner)
✔️ Self-managing — you close loops without reminders
✔️ Welcomes feedback and weekly quality reviews as part of how you grow
WHO THIS ISN'T FOR
This isn't a role for someone parking between jobs. We're a small team where 
one agent's quality moves customer experience directly. We give feedback, we 
review work weekly, and we expect you to grow with us.

📍 Remote — work from anywhere
⏰ Full-time (~40 hrs/week, contractor)
