We are looking for a Senior Core Blockchain Developer (Rust)

As a Senior Core Blockchain Developer, you will play a key role in the development of our Layer 1 blockchain infrastructure. You'll be part of the development team working on a high-performance Layer 1 blockchain, guided by our lead architect. 

You will tackle the following challenges related to integration with the Substrate framework:

▫️Building components for the Layer 1 blockchain network

▫️Implementing a hybrid consensus mechanism

▫️Implementing PolkaVM

▫️Developing NomtDB

▫️Developing custom runtime modules and pallets

▪️Responsibilities:

▫️Implement complex blockchain components in Rust following architectural guidelines

▫️Write high-performance, secure, and reliable Rust code

▫️Optimize runtime performance and resource utilization

▫️Deploy nodes and measure the performance of testnets as a whole

▫️Monitor key metrics like block production time, finalization time, and network performance

▫️Contribute to the implementation of the consensus mechanism

▫️Help maintain code quality through reviews and testing

▫️Write comprehensive technical documentation

▫️Collaborate with team members to implement new features

▫️Ensure optimal performance and security of applications

▪️Requirements:

▫️5+ years of software engineering experience

▫️At least 3 years of experience with Rust programming

▫️Proven expertise in Substrate framework development

▫️Deep knowledge of blockchain fundamentals
