RESPONSIBILITIES:

• End-to-end development of Computer Vision (CV) models for medical imaging.
• Deploying models developed during research to the production environment.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to CV algorithms in a production environment.
• Build automated data flows.
• Examine both academic and industry research to discover and adopt state-of-the-art techniques in the medical imaging domain.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor or Master degree in Computer Science or related field focused on Computer Vision and Deep Learning.
• Comprehensive knowledge of mathematical statistics and the mathematical principles underlying machine learning algorithms.
• 2+ years of relevant experience in computer vision.
• Proficiency in Python and multiple libraries (NumPy, OpenCV, Scikit-learn, Pandas, etc.).
• Experience with machine learning frameworks such as PyTorch, Tensorflow, Keras, etc.
• Knowledge of Linux, Git.
• Proven experience with image datasets organization, cleaning and pre-processing.
• Industrial experience in ML development and productization.
• Critical mindset and creative approach to solving problems.

ADDITIONAL EXPERIENCE TO STAND OUT FROM THE CROWD:

• Working with medical imaging.
• Working with DICOM (DICOM SR, DICOMweb).
• CVAT customization.
• Model optimization (ONNX Runtime, TensorRT, etc.).
• Distributed model training.
• Web programming (FastAPI, Flask, Django).
• Other programming languages (C++, JavaScript, etc.).
• Experience with cloud deployment (AWS).
• Experience with AirFlow.
• Experience with PostgreSQL.
