Lodgify is a rapidly growing, early-stage travel tech startup building Software-as-a-Service tools for the hospitality industry. It allows both owners and property managers to create their own mobile-friendly website with a “Book Now” button, manage reservations and calendars efficiently, and instantly synchronize property information with listings on external portals.
Their mission is to empower any host or lodging business worldwide to get started and grow their business through technology.
Tasks:
- Providing a great developer experience for the team’s APIs alongside their Platform Squad
- Collaborating with other teams to guide them to apply the API standards in their respective Microservices API
- In the long run: leading the change of the API lifecycle in the company to an API first approach
- Writing code that meets high-quality standards, fully covering the code with tests
- Participating in architectural discussions with the team
- Using best practices to improve existing code
- Proactively participating in separating features into independent services to improve code stability and maintainability
- Actively participating in teamwork (Scrum, BE Tribe)
Must-have:
- Experience in designing real-world REST APIs
- Minimum 4-5 years of experience with C#
- .NET Core Web API experience
- Experience using Postman tool to manage APIs (or equivalent)
- Very good grip on SOLID principles
- Good analysis skills to understand existing code
- Good level of spoken and written English
Nice-to-have:
- Integration testing & Unit experience
- Experience working in a microservices environment
- SQL and Entity Framework
