Sr. Business Systems Analyst – Remote - Contract-to-hire
Seeking a Senior Business Systems Analyst with strong SQL, Talend, and Snowflake experience to support business and technology initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
* Gather and document business/technical requirements.
* Develop complex SQL queries for data analysis and troubleshooting.
* Support Snowflake data validation/reconciliation and Talend ETL/data integration.
* Perform data-quality and root-cause analysis.
* Create functional specifications, data mappings, process flows, and test cases.
* Support integration testing, UAT, production issues, and defect resolution.
* Collaborate with business, development, and data teams in an Agile/Scrum environment.
Preferred: Financial services, insurance, or other regulated-industry experience.
